| Children are the most beautiful creatures I've ever beheld. They seize to amaze me. And they also say the most darndest things in the most inopportune moments. It's great.
Jay, a boy which I kid-sit Mon-Fri, is one of the most unique and halirious kids I've quite possibly ever known. Every morning when I come over he is either watching the Discovery Chanel, The History Chanel, or the Military Chanel. He's a genius. Ask him anything about aircraft and he knows it. Last year I even took him to the Air Force Museum and he told me all there was to know and more. I loved it. I love kids. :)
I think I can relate with people half my age because alot of my life is still so much like a kid, but with all the responsibilities and decisions of an adult. Or maybe kids are just learning to grow up faster?
I took all the neighborhood kids (boys) to Troy Park to play Frizbee Golf and to Patricia's today. We're buds for life now, lol. |

Last month has been a tough one. But I've made it through and now I'm about to finish my last days at Edi High. By the way, have any of you guys seen Edison lately? It's completely torn up because they are adding a whole new medical wing. I guess that Edison will soon be the number one Nursing Program in Ohio.
SO excited about going to EKU this fall. My new roommate is a Kim Gessford who is a Christian and we both found out after talking to each other that we are going into the same major! She's going into Chemistry Forensics, however, while I'm going into Biology Forsenics with DNA and toxicology. Here is the Burnam Hall lobby area of where my new dorm/suite will be:
This summer should fly by....I will be babysitting Monday-Friday from 10-4 and then be working about 25 hours at Maurices as well. It should be fun though and I'm looking forward to hanging out with the kids I'm going to be babysitting.
P.S. I'm still kinda wanting to go to Cornerstone this year. Anyone interested?
